Metr Grotesk Trial Font Licence

1. Agreement

This Trial Font Licence (the "Licence") is between Tomáš Kopečný, Czech Republic, ID no. 71944435, trading as Hillious Fonts (the "Licensor"), and you, the person or organisation that downloads the trial fonts (the "Licensee").

"Trial Fonts" means the Metr Grotesk Trial fonts: ten OTF files with a reduced character set, named "Metr Grotesk Trial".

By installing or using the Trial Fonts you accept this Licence. The Trial Fonts are free of charge and licensed, not sold.

2. What you may do

• Install the Trial Fonts on your own computers to test and evaluate them.
• Use them in sketches, mock-ups, layouts and presentations shown to clients or colleagues to decide whether to license Metr Grotesk.

3. What you may not do

• Use the Trial Fonts in any final, published or commercial work: print, products, packaging, logos, broadcast, video, social media posts, or anything sold or made public.
• Embed them in websites, apps, games, e-books or other software.
• Share, sell, sublicense or upload the Trial Fonts, or put them where others can download them. Anyone who wants them can download them from hillious.com.
• Modify, convert or decompile the Trial Fonts, or add characters to them.
• Use the Trial Fonts, or output made with them, to train, fine-tune or test machine-learning or AI models.

To use Metr Grotesk in final work, buy a licence for the full fonts at hillious.com. The full fonts are covered by the Metr Grotesk End User Licence Agreement.

4. Ownership

The Trial Fonts and all rights in them remain the property of the Licensor. Metr Grotesk is a name used by the Licensor.

5. No warranty and liability

The Trial Fonts are provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, the Licensor is not liable for any damage arising from their use.

6. End of the Licence

This Licence ends automatically if you break it. You must then delete all copies of the Trial Fonts.

7. Governing law

This Licence is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
